Items can be returned within 30 days of shipping date. Return shipping wil be at the expense of the customer. Personalized items cannot be returned

We do not offer free shipping currently. Our standard method of shipping is ground shipping except for larger items where freight is necessary.

Q: How will you receive the photo I want you to transform?
A: I will send you an email within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can reply and send me any photo as long as it is 5" x 7" or smaller
Q: Does my photo need to be in black and white?
A: No, I will edit your photo to optimize the appearance of the laser engraving. Any photo, black & white or color will do
